Sunday Coffee and Donuts: Every Sunday after the 9AM Mass in the SCS Gym
We are always looking for new volunteers for coffee and donuts who can help out with the individual jobs listed on this page. Please reach out if you are interested!

1) Table/chair set-up
Who: 4 volunteers needed (must be physically able to lift)
When: 7:30 - 9:45am, as decided by team
What: Set up 10 -12 tables, with 6 - 7 chairs at each table.
2) Donut pick up
Who: 1 volunteer needed
When: Anytime 8 - 8:30am
What: Pick up donut order at Honey Dew Donuts, and deliver to kitchen
3) Coffee Prep
Who: 2 - 3 volunteers needed
When: 8:15 - 9:15am, as decided by team
What: Make coffee, heat water for tea/hot chocolate, put out juice boxes, water, plates, cups etc
4) Serve coffee/donuts
Who: 3 volunteers needed
When: 10 - 10:55am
What: Greet people and serve coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, etc
5) Clean-up
Who: 2 - 4 volunteers needed (people enjoying coffee will help)
When: 10:50 - 11:30am
What: Put all tables and chairs away, clean/put away coffee paraphernalia, sweep gym floor, take trash out to dumpster
We could also use volunteers who coordinate each weekend (captains).
